Rental terms for a 1 year lease:

• 70,000 Birr/month, for an apartment equipped with kitchen appliances (fridge and stove+oven).
• 65,000 Birr/month without kitchen applicances.
• Electricity is metered separately for each apartment and charged by landlord at cost, payable monthly.
• Water, security, parking and all other expenses are included.
• First 3 months rent due upon lease signing. Thereafter rent is due monthly.

Longer or shorter leases, as well as furnished apartments, are negotiable.
